InvestorAi Intraday is made available to you by Bridgeweave NG LLP. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Bridgeweave group of companies (“Bridgeweave”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
No Financial Advice
Bridgeweave NG LLP is a SEBI registered Research Analyst under the SEBI (Research Analyst) Regulations, 2014. We are not engaged in the business of investment advice, merchant banking, investment banking or any brokerage service. The information, insights and portfolios available on the Website are outputs of mathematical models generated by our AI and are drawn and made available from publicly available historical data, including financial data. Any advice contained on the Website is general advice only and we do not tell you whether any investment is suited to your personal circumstances, objectives, risk appetite or financial situation. Before making any investment decision, you should consider whether it is appropriate for your situation and seek professional advice. Past performance is no guarantee of future returns.
Intraday Trading
Intraday trading is high risk in nature, and you are responsible for ensuring you are familiar with the risks involved, including the use of margin / leverage. Bridgeweave provides general guidance on the intraday portfolio functionality throughout the App, including definitions, but it is solely your responsibility to define appropriate investment amounts and the level of risk you are comfortable taking. Bridgeweave is responsible for passing your instructions to your Broker for execution. All execution activities happen through your Brokerage account.
Order Management
By using the InvestorAi Intraday service you are responsible for the setting of relevant stop losses. In addition to the initial purchase or sell order, stop loss orders will also be passed to your Broker by Bridgeweave. Bridgeweave provides suggestions of appropriate stop loss limits based on the output of our AI models, however you are free to configure these to meet your needs. Once you have confirmed the relevant limits Bridgeweave will pass these instructions to your Broker. All orders will be placed as market orders for the purposes of execution, which may see some deviation from the proposed price shown at the time of execution.
Website usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to use the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you are at least 18 years old;
- the Website provides neither investment advice nor personal recommendations; and
- you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Payment
You can choose to access the Intraday Portfolios for a fee, payable on a one-off basis. Payments are made online and are handled by Razorpay. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time and do not offer refunds. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse access to our Website for any user.
Restrictions
You agree that you will: not copy the Website (including any portfolios); not disassemble, de-compile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the whole or any part of the Website; not use the Website for any unlawful purpose; not infringe our intellectual property rights or sell, licence or transfer the Website to other parties; and treat your account details as confidential and not disclose them to any third party. NRI clients must ensure that stocks recommended by us are not in the RBI ban list before investing or executing the order with their broker.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights of the portfolios and related information on the Website belong to and remain with Bridgeweave. The Website is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights (whether registered or unregistered) and international treaty provisions. You have no rights in or to the Website, except the right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.
Limitations of Liability
We do not guarantee that the Website, or any content contained within it, will always be available or be uninterrupted, and we do not accept any liability arising from interruption in availability. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Website for business and operational reasons. The Website is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind including warranties of merchantability, accuracy or fitness for any particular purpose. You agree that Bridgeweave is not liable for any actions you take that are directly or indirectly related to the Website, or for any losses you may suffer as a result of unforeseen circumstances or things beyond our reasonable control. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless this Website including but not limited to its affiliate vendors, agents and employees from and against any and all losses, liabilities, claims, damages, demands, costs and expenses (including legal fees and disbursements in connection therewith and interest chargeable thereon) asserted against or incurred by us that arise out of, result from, or may be payable by virtue of, any breach or non-performance of any representation, warranty, covenant or agreement made or obligation to be performed by you pursuant to these Terms, or any other action incurred by you as a result of using the Website or the services offered within. If, despite the limitation above, we are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the occurrences described in the limitation above, then our liability will in no event exceed, in total, the sum of INR 5,000.
Third Party Disclosures
Bridgeweave has a contractual arrangement with Stockhive.ai to facilitate Single Sign On and host the app. It also facilitates transactions in securities from the Website. All transactions executed are bound by the Terms under your agreement with your Broker when opening your trading account. You agree and confirm that Bridgeweave may appoint third party vendors to carry out the services provided through the Website. You consent to sharing of your account related information to such third party vendors appointed by the Bridgeweave. This includes StockHive.ai to support account management and client service processes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Website at any time. The rights and obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, liability and privacy shall survive suspension or termination of these Terms.
Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, coconstitutehe entire agreement between us and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, whether oral or written.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you can only bring legal proceedings in the courts of Bangalore.
